Camping is Cheaper is a short comedy film that follows Leo, a bitter young man, who failed numerous times to break up with his infuriating boyfriend; so, he lures him to a campsite to finally end it… the bloody way.
In a rather self-indulgent manor, Leo guides us through his coping mechanisms and his decision to off his boyfriend entirely. This project explores the inner dialogue of a miserable relationship and the dynamic between two people who really shouldn’t be together. The purpose of this film is to provide people who have been in nauseating relationships with comedic relief, issue a new perspective of the queer community in the comedic arts, and potentially jump start some very passionate filmmaker’s careers.
